Marimekko’s Kurjenmarja cushion cover features a wintery watercolour scene painted by Aino-Maija Metsola. Kurjenmarja, Finnish for cranberry, depicts a frosty morning at a Nordic bog, where cranberries still glow red amidst the frozen marsh plants.
The cushion cover is made of heavyweight cotton fabric and has a concealed zipper on one side. It has a wide flange with a red picot edge finish.
