Named after his hometown of Kierinki, Finland, where the first Marttiini workshop was established, this knife embodies generations of craftsmanship.

Designed by Marttiini’s master carpenter, the handle seamlessly blends thermally treated birch with richly patterned curly birch, ensuring every piece is one-of-a-kind. The 11 cm blade is expertly forged from high-carbon steel (1.2235 / 80CrV2, HRC 59.5), its wavy surface texture reminiscent of traditional hand-forged blades, offering outstanding hardness, edge retention, and cutting precision.
